“Thailand’s clinics are world-class — but which one can I actually trust for my case?” We built Medi Siam Care to be the answer: one trusted partner who knows the clinics, speaks your language, and stays with you the whole way.
Why we exist
International patients do not lack options in Thailand — they lack reliable guidance. Too many clinics to compare, fragmented information, opaque prices, and a language barrier at the worst possible moment.
Our conviction is simple: the missing piece of medical travel is not more choice, it is trust. So we built our service around the things that create it — named partner clinics you can verify, transparent quotes, one dedicated coordinator, and honest answers even when they are not what you hoped to hear.

How we make money — in plain words
Coordination is free for you. Our partner clinics remunerate us for introducing well-prepared patients — a standard practice in medical travel that we prefer to state openly rather than hide.
Two safeguards keep our advice honest: our commission structure is the same across partner clinics, so we have no incentive to steer you; and you always pay the clinic directly, at the clinic’s own prices. Our optional Premium concierge package is the only service you pay us for.
